Our Founder

Ms. Aditi Govindan — Founder — Carnatic Vocalist & Educator | Madras Music Academy Alumna.

The academy was founded by Ms. Aditi Govindan, a Carnatic vocalist and educator who is an alumna of the prestigious Madras Music Academy, one of the world's most respected institutions dedicated to Indian classical music. Established in 1928, the Madras Music Academy has played a pioneering role in preserving, promoting, and setting the highest standards for Carnatic music. It is internationally renowned for its annual December Music Festival, which features performances by India's most distinguished musicians and serves as a benchmark of excellence in the field of Carnatic music.

Aditi has had the privilege of learning under several renowned Carnatic maestros, including Dr. S. Sowmya, Vidwan Neyveli Santhanagopalan, Smt. Baby Sriram, and other respected gurus. This diverse musical training has enabled her to develop a balanced teaching approach that combines traditional values with modern, student-friendly learning methods.
